Admission Policy & Procedure:
- Learners are eligible for admission to Gundecha Education Academy (GEA) only if they satisfy the school's age eligibility criteria.
- We request parents to share the details in the enquiry form via the link or can walk-in to school for enquiry (Office Timings:- Monday to Saturday - 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, Saturdays: 2nd & 4th Saturday - 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM- Except Public Holidays
- Our admissions team will share the school information and provide a school tour.
- Post the school information & tour, parents will be guided to take an Admission form.
- As advised, parents will have to submit duly filled Admission form along with the required documents to the School Office.
- On receiving the form, interaction with both the parents & the child will be carried out and on that basis; admission will be provided.
- Admission is provisional, until the submission of required documents and paying the applicable fees as advised by the Admission officer.
Documents Required along with the Admission form:-
- Copy of the Birth Certificate
- Original Leaving Certificate of previous school (Class II onwards)
- Copy of Previous school's Report Card (Applicable from Jr. Kg. onwards)
- Copy of the Residential proof
- Child's & Both the Parent's Aadhar Card copy
- 2 Passport size Photos of the child & Passport size photograph of both the parents.
- Duly filled Medical History form with copy of the Child's Immunization record
