ADMISSION PROCESS


FILL THE ONLINE ADMISSION ENQUIRY FORM AT :

STEP 1: Filling & Submitting of the online Admission Form:
  • Kindly ensure that the address and other contact information filled by you is correct. The school will communicate with you through the same.
  • Ensure that you fill in the admission form completely & submit the same. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
  • You will not be able to make any changes in the admission form once it is submitted.
STEP 2: Verification & Scrutinization of Admission Form by school office:
  • On receiving the online admission form, our Admission team will scrutinize the forms.
STEP 3: A: Meet & Greet Session
  • You will be informed of the physical interaction ‘Meet & Greet’ session day, date & time, via an email within 2 weeks of filling The Admission Form (as per the availability of seats).
  • This ‘Meet & Greet’ with our Academic & Admission Team will be arranged for you & your child within a months’ time of filling The Admission Form. (as per the availability of seats).
B: Documentation & Registration Process:
  • The following documents will be required to be carried by you at the time of the Meet & Greet session.
    1. Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, (if the certificate is in a language other than English, Hindi or Marathi, kindly bring a notarized English translation of the birth certificate.)
    2. Caste certificate (if applicable & if available on child’s name)
    3. Child’s Aadhar card. (Not applicable for Playgroup)
    4. Medical fitness certificate duly singed and stamped by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
    5. Two recent passport-size photographs of the child & Parents (1 each). (Kindly write the name of the child on the reverse of all photographs.)
    6. The previous year's mid-term / final report card. (Not applicable for Playgroup & Nursery)
    7. Any one proof of Residence (must be in the name of the child’s Father or Mother)
      • Latest Electricity Bill
      • Recent Society Maintenance Receipt.
      • Registered Agreement copy (Purchase or Rental)
      • In case if the residence proof is not on the name of either parent then a letter from the society confirming that you are a resident. It must also state the date and year since when you have been residing there.
    8. A cheque of Rs. 2,000/- in favour of Gundecha Education Academy, towards non-refundable Documentation & Registration fees.
For Class Playgroup to I
C: Payment formalities:
  • School fees payment formalities through cheques.
STEP 4: Final Confirmation of Admission:
  • You will receive an email for the Confirmation of Admission & credential for login to the school Edusprint+ app on clearance of all payments.
For Class II to VIII
STEP 5: Provisional Admission Approval from the school: You will be informed of the following via email:
  • The Provisional Admission Confirmation of your child.
  • The list of documents to be submitted for the Final Admission Process (Yearly Report Card, Leaving / Transfer Certificate)
  • The Process of School Fees payment formalities through cheque only.

  • For your advance information, the Original Leaving/Transfer Certificate that you will have to submit to us for students being admitted to Class II onwards please note:
  • If your child’s current ICSE / IGCSE board school is outside Maharashtra, then your child’s Original Leaving/Transfer Certificate that you will submit to us must be countersigned by the local Educational Inspector of the respective state in which the current school is located. You must arrange to do this through your child’s previous school.
  • If your child’s current CBSE board school is outside Maharashtra, then your child’s Original Leaving/Transfer Certificate that you will submit to us must be countersigned by the Principal of the child’s previous school on reverse of the TC/LC document.
  • If your child’s current school is out of India irrespective of the board, then your child’s Original Leaving/Transfer Certificate that you will submit to us must be attested by the Indian Embassy / Consulate / High Commission in the country the school is located in.
STEP 6: Payment formalities to be completed by parent on or before the date specified.
STEP 7: Final Confirmation of Admission:
  • You will receive an email for the Confirmation of Provisional Admission & credential for login to the school Edusprint+ app on clearance of all payments.
