STEPS FOR ONLINE ADMISSION

STEP 1: Documents to be kept ready before starting to fill the ONLINE ADMISSION FORM:

1. Child’s Birth certificate
2. Child’s Aadhar card  (If your child does not have Aadhar Card currently, kindly take an appointment with the closest UIDIA centre and submit a copy of the child's enrollment form. The copy of the child's Aadhaar will be required to be submitted by March 2024.)
3. Child’s current passport size photo

STEP 2: To begin, click on the ADMISSION FORM LINK provided below & fill the Admission Form:

1. Enter mobile number & click on ‘Don’t have a Security Code? Click here’.
2. To generate Code, enter your mobile number and Email ID. (which is mandatory)
3. Enter the Security Code received on your Email ID only. (Keep note of this entered Mobile no & Security code as it may be needed for further login at any time).
4. Click on New Admission & select the school as GUNDECHA EDUCATION ACADEMY - KANDIVALI
5. Select Year 2024-2025 & the Class in which you are seeking admission for your child.
6. Go through the GENERAL INFORMATION & ADMISSION PROCESS which will be required for the interaction round.

STEP 3: How to fill the Admission Form:

1. Fill in your child’s basic details. 
2. Upload your child’s photo (mandatory) and fill in all the additional details for your child.
3. Fill in the following tabs with correct information:
   i. Parent & Guardian details (Digital signature of any one parent/guardian is mandatory)
   ii. Child’s Academic details (mandatory for Jr.KG. onwards)
   iii. Sibling details
   iv. Bus requirement for your child
4. Upload the mandatory documents as mentioned in Step 1.
5. Submit the form. Take the printout or keep the soft copy of the submitted admission form for your record.
